Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy from World Renowned Coaching & Consulting, LLC ("we", "us") on worldrenownedcoaching.com or by invoice. If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site or in your proposal or invoice. Payment is taken at checkout or by invoice. Taxes are added where they apply.
The Elite Circle (monthly membership)

The Elite Circle is $150 a month. You're charged when you join, then on the same date each month.

It renews automatically every month until you cancel. At checkout you'll see these terms and must tick a box to agree before you pay.

Cancel any time in My Subscriptions in your account, or by emailing ClientCare@WorldRenownedCoaching.com. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

If the price changes, we'll email you at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before it applies, with how to cancel.

EU and UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund by emailing us or using the withdrawal form below.
Online programs and courses
Paid programs, such as Elite Client Attractor Virtual, give you access to the content described on the program page. Because you get access straight away, program purchases are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. If you're an EU or UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
The Strategy Round
The Strategy Round ($3,500 or $5,000) is a paid strategy session with Neal Oates Jr. It's non-refundable, subject to applicable law. If you go on to Executive Coaching, the Strategy Round fee is credited toward it.
Executive Coaching (6-month and 12-month engagements)
Executive Coaching is $30,000 for 6 months or $75,000 for 12 months, and starts with a signed coaching agreement, which sets out the full terms. In summary:

50% is due 14 days before the start date, and the balance is paid in monthly instalments.

All payments are non-refundable.

The engagement runs for a fixed term and doesn't renew automatically.

The engagement can be ended early with 30 days' notice, as set out in your coaching agreement. Ending early doesn't make any payment refundable.

Books aren't included.
Affluent Access Mastermind
The Affluent Access Mastermind is a 6-month program for groups of 12, by application, at $24,000. Terms are set out when you're accepted.
Events and briefings
Free briefings need registration, and seats are limited. For paid events, the event page shows the price and any refund terms. Unless it says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Speaking engagements
Keynotes and other speaking engagements are quoted per event in a written proposal. Domestic travel is included in the quote; international travel is quoted separately. The proposal and booking agreement set the payment and cancellation terms.
Books and bulk orders
Single copies of The Affluent Negroes are sold through Amazon and the book's own site under their terms. Bulk orders from us are paid in full before shipping, and shipping is charged on top.
No guarantee of results
We can't guarantee any income, revenue, sales or business result. Any "7x" growth goal is aspirational. See our Results Disclaimer.
Using your name or results
We'll only use your name, story or results in our marketing with your separate written permission.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
EU and UK withdrawal form
If you're an EU or UK consumer cancelling within 14 days, email ClientCare@WorldRenownedCoaching.com with this text:
"To World Renowned Coaching & Consulting, LLC, 516 NW 16th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, ClientCare@WorldRenownedCoaching.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]."
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with disputes heard in Broward County, Florida, except where the law of your country gives you rights we can't take away.
