What we collect
Information you give us

Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email, phone number, subject and message.

Speaking proposal requests: your name, email, phone, organization, event date and location, expected audience size, format, budget range and details about your event.

Consultation bookings: your name, email, phone, country or region, your business and role, your annual revenue range, your Scorecard result if you share it, what you're considering, how you heard about Neal, and your EU or UK contact preference.

Program applications (such as the Affluent Access Mastermind): the details the application asks for.

Event and briefing registrations: your name, email, country, how you heard about us and any question you send in.

Email sign-ups: your email address and your choice to join our mailing list.

Accounts and memberships: your login details and profile, the programs and plans you join, and your activity in them. If you have a member profile, your display name and photo may be visible to other visitors, depending on your profile settings. Blog comments you post are public.

Purchases: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and PayPal. Your card details are stored by the payment provider, not by us, so it can take any recurring payments you've agreed to.

Scorecards: if you take the Affluence & Authority Scorecard or the Real Estate Stardom Scorecard, your answers and contact details are collected on ScoreApp's platform and shared with us.

Messages, reviews and testimonials you send us. We'll ask your permission before we publish your testimonial or story.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our website platform and the tools below collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and your approximate location. Some of this uses cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and advertising" below).
How we use it

To answer your enquiries and provide the proposals, bookings, programs and products you ask for.

If you give us your phone number, we use it to reply to you and about your bookings. We don't sell your personal information for money. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Recordings of live sessions
Our live briefings on Zoom are recorded, and we tell you before the session starts. Recordings are shared only with registered guests on a password-protected page, and we don't use a clip that shows an attendee publicly without that person's signed release.
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it's used and measure our ads:

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms) measure visits and actions, such as bookings and purchases, that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads, and help show our ads to people who've visited the site. When you book, register or buy, details such as your email address or phone number may be sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the action to an ad.

Google tag and Google Ads (Google) measure ad results and show our ads to past visitors (remarketing).

Wix site analytics and error monitoring, including Sentry, which Wix uses to catch page errors.

Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who help us run the business, only so they can provide those services, and with the advertising partners named above:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
AI assistants and the site
Our website platform offers a feature that lets AI assistants read public site content and, at a visitor's request, help them book or start a purchase. Anything you submit that way is handled under this policy, the same as if you used the site directly.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, then delete or anonymise it. Client, payment and contract records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing ClientCare@WorldRenownedCoaching.com. We'll confirm who you are before acting and reply within one month.

EU, EEA and UK visitors also have the right to object to or restrict our use of their data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are your consent (marketing emails), performing a contract with you (programs, bookings, purchases), our legitimate interests (running and improving the business, measuring our advertising, preventing fraud) and legal obligations. We're based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there. Where our providers move data out of the EU or UK, they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US state residents: you can ask what personal information we've collected about you and ask us to delete it. We use Meta and Google advertising tools that use your activity on our site to show you our ads on other sites, which some state laws treat as "selling" or "sharing". You can opt out using the links in "Cookies and advertising". Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
Our site and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and our providers protect data in transit with encryption. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information through our forms.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll also post a notice on the site or email you.
